Winning on Shopify should not take a bigger budget.

Log Studio Lab is building one suite with the tools a Shopify store needs, at a flat price. Not a pile of apps. Not a tax on your growth.

A note from the teamwhy we build this

You build the store. The tools should keep up.

If you run a Shopify store, you already know the work. You pick the product, shoot the photos, answer the email at 11 at night and ship the order the next morning. Nobody handed you an audience or a budget. You built it.

So it stings when growing the store means signing up for one more app. One more login. One more bill. One more dashboard that almost talks to the last one. And then a fee that climbs the same week your sales do.

We think that is backwards. The tools that help a store win should not depend on how deep its pockets are. Big brands buy their way to the best tooling. A store run by two people and a laptop should be able to run the same playbook.

That is why we are building Log Studio Lab: one suite for what a Shopify store needs, at a price that does not move when your orders do. We want independent builders in the United States to compete on the quality of their work, not on the size of their wallet.

The problemthree things we keep seeing

Growing a store should not feel like a toll road.

App sprawl. Every gap in your store turns into another subscription. Each one brings its own settings, its own bill and its own support inbox, and you are the one holding it all together.
Fees that scale against you. Some apps take a cut of your orders or your revenue. The better your month goes, the more they keep. It is hard to plan a margin around a number that grows with your success.
Pay to win. The strongest tools, the testing, the careful setup, tend to go to whoever can afford the stack and the agency to run it. That is not a level field, and small stores feel it first.

What we buildone suite, several engines

One suite, not one more tab.

Each engine does one job well, and they share an account, a bill and a way of working. Here is where each one stands today.

Freebies Engine by Log Studio LabRuns free gifts, bundles, upsells, discounts and codes on your store from ready-made templates. It checks the margin at checkout so you see what an offer costs, not only what it sells, and compares orders with an offer to orders without.See the featuresAvailable now
Experiment Engine by Log Studio LabTests prices, offers, page content and checkout against each other and reports which version earns more per visitor, with up to five versions at a time. It launches after Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab.See the plansNext to launch

Principleswhat we hold ourselves to

Four promises that shape the product.

Flat pricing. Plans are a fixed monthly price, billed through Shopify. The price does not change with how many orders you take.
No per-order fees. We do not take a cut of your orders or your revenue. When you grow, you keep the growth.
Everything in one suite. One account and one place to run what your store needs, instead of a new app for every gap. Today that is promotions, with testing next. The roadmap adds more.
Your data is yours. Access tokens are encrypted, every query is scoped to your store, and Shopify's data requests and deletions are handled for you.
