Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades between paid plans take effect at the end of your billing period.
Offers that use features of a higher plan, or go over your live-offer limit, are paused. You pick which offers stay live. Nothing is deleted, and paused offers come back when you upgrade.
Running several stores? Each store has its own plan, and your account lists them all.
Experiment Engine is billed separately, inside your Shopify admin. Plan names always start with “Experiment Engine”.
