What is Sample ratio mismatch (SRM)?
Sample ratio mismatch is when the share of visitors in each version of a test differs from the split you configured by more than chance allows. It signals a bug in how visitors were assigned or counted.
When a 50/50 test shows a clearly different split, the results cannot be trusted until the cause is found, such as a redirect, a bot filter or a tracking gap that affects one version.
