What is Upsell?
An upsell is an offer for a higher-priced or larger version of what the shopper is buying, such as a bigger size or a premium variant.
An upsell replaces or upgrades the item; a cross-sell adds a different one. Both belong in a measured test, because an upsell that is too aggressive can lower conversion.
