Free shipping and delivery tests
Find the free shipping minimum that earns the most, or hide or rename a shipping option. Check your Shopify rates first.
A Free shipping and delivery test starts with What do you want to test?
- Free shipping minimum: find the order size where free shipping earns the most. Tell us what you offer today with Free shipping over a minimum or No free shipping, because the app cannot read your Shopify rates. Each version needs its own minimum.
- Hide or rename a shipping option: see whether removing or renaming an option changes what shoppers choose. This needs Shopify Plus. Name the option exactly as shoppers see it at checkout.
- Choose Standard shipping only or All shipping options, and all countries or only some. Pickup and digital orders are not affected.
- Shoppers must always have at least one way to get their order.
Before launch, tick I've checked my shipping rates in Shopify. Shopify's own rates can override the test: if you already offer free shipping over an amount, remove or raise that rate while it runs.
