Invite your team
Invite up to 10 people at a time with a role, resend or revoke invitations, and see how seats are counted.
- Open Settings and choose Team. Select Invite people. Only Admins and Owners can.
- Paste email addresses, or press Enter after each. You can add up to 10 at a time.
- Choose a role: Admin, Member or, for Owners only, Owner.
- Send. Each person gets an email with a link that works for 7 days.
- Pending invitations list the role and when they expire. Resend sends it again; Revoke cancels it.
- If email is off, use the copy button to share the invite link yourself.
- Seats count members and pending invites. When all seats are used, select Upgrade for more seats (owners) or ask an owner.
