Install Freebies Engine and connect a store

Install the app from the Shopify App Store, sign in to your Log Studio Lab account and finish the setup guide for your first offer.

Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab starts in Shopify. You never type your store address here: Shopify picks the store, and you approve the connection in your Shopify admin.

Open the Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab listing in the Shopify App Store and install it on your store.
Approve the permissions Shopify shows. They let Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab read your products and orders and create the discounts your offers need.
Sign in to your Log Studio Lab account, or create one. If you have an account already, the store connects to it after you log in.
On a new account the page Connect your Shopify store has an Install from the Shopify App Store button. Use it if you did not come from Shopify.
Open the Setup guide from Home. Its required steps are Connect your store, Import your products, Turn on the app embed and Put your first offer live.

Plans and the trial

Every store starts on the Free plan. Growth and Pro start with a 15-day free trial, once per store, and Shopify bills them. See Plans, the free trial and limits.

Common questions

Do I enter my myshopify.com address?

No. Every install starts on a Shopify page, so Shopify supplies the store.

Can a teammate install it for me?

A teammate can install it, then invite you under Settings, Team. See Invite your team.
