Publish, schedule and pause an offer
What Publish does, how scheduling works, and how to pause, resume, extend or archive an offer from the Offers list.
Publish
On the Review step, select Publish. The button stays disabled while Review lists a problem; each item says which step fixes it. After publishing, Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab sends the offer to Shopify, which usually takes under a minute. A dialog confirms Your offer is live and offers View offer or Back to offers.
Schedule
Set Starts and Ends on the Schedule & limits step. If the start is in the future, the button reads Schedule and the offer is Scheduled until then. Times use the time zone shown on the step.
Repeat weekly
Turn on Repeat weekly on the same step to run an offer only on certain days and times, such as a Friday happy hour or every weekend. Pick the days, then All day or a From and Until time. The step shows the next window, for example Next: Friday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Times follow the time zone on the step, daylight saving included. A window that runs past midnight belongs to the day it starts. Outside the window the offer stays Live in your list, but shoppers do not see it and it does not apply. Cart and checkout switch about a minute after each start and end.
Statuses

| Paused | Stopped by you, or by your plan. |
| Ended | Past its end date. |
| Archived | Hidden from the main list and not running. |
Change a running offer
- Use the switch in the Offers table, or the row menu, to Pause and Resume an offer.
- Start now publishes a Scheduled offer early. Unschedule cancels the schedule.
- Extend end date reopens an Ended offer.
- Archive removes an offer from the list. Restore to draft brings it back. Delete permanently is available only for archived offers, and only to Admins and Owners.
- To stop everything at once, use Pause all offers under Settings, General. Each offer keeps its status, so resuming restores exactly what was running.
