On top of the calendar sits an unusual asset for a tourist city: the San Antonio Missions, which UNESCO inscribed as a World Heritage site in 2015 and which the National Park Service describes as five missions, a Spanish colonial ranch site and an aqueduct. A Fiesta set is a natural pick-three product: three small items, one price, one end date. Offer a smaller set around the rodeo's February dates. Start it on the day the rodeo's site says action begins, and tie the end to Sunday, Feb. 21, when the site lists Noche del Vaquero, unless you decide to run it longer.
Plan a month-level December window for the bowl game. The bowl's site lists Tuesday, Dec. 29 for the 2026 game and no 2027 date, so set exact dates only after the 2027 game is announced.

Show the set price before tax. The Comptroller lists San Antonio at a total of 8.25 percent, built from a 1.125 percent city rate, a 0.375 percent transportation district rate and a 0.5 percent MTA rate, so a banner that compares tax-inclusive totals will differ from checkout.
