Discount limits: plan and Shopify

The limits that can stop an offer from publishing: your plan's live offers, Shopify's 25 automatic discounts and the Pro ceiling.

Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab applies your offers at checkout with Shopify discounts. Shopify and your plan set limits.

Shopify allows 25 active automatic discounts per store, counted across every app and your own. If publishing fails, the message says how many Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab needs and how many you already have. Deactivate or delete automatic discounts in Shopify, then publish again.
Your plan's live offers: Free allows 2, Growth 10 and Pro 200. Pro is the most Freebies Engine by Log Studio Lab publishes at once, so very large offers (long product lists or many tiers) can reach Shopify's size limit sooner.
Publishing waits for Shopify: If Shopify does not respond, Diagnostics shows publishing is waiting and retries on its own.
