Indianapolis has three dated 2027 events that organizers have posted, enough to plan a bundle around. Gen Con's own August 2026 release says the convention drew over 74,000 attendees and an estimated economic impact of more than 83.5 million dollars, and it gives the next dates: August 5 to 8, 2027, for the 60th edition, with additional exhibition space from a 143,500-square-foot convention center expansion. The National FFA Convention & Expo lists October 27 to 30, 2027 in Indianapolis, and the National FFA Organization announced in October 2025 that the convention will stay in the city through at least 2040. A Visit Indy listing puts the Big Ten football championship game at Lucas Oil Stadium on December 4, 2027. The Indiana State Fair has no 2027 dates on the fairgrounds' site or the state's page yet, and this page says so instead of guessing. The plan below starts from the first confirmed date and from a bundle that does not depend on the others: a pick-any-three accessory set for convention week. The Indiana page covers the state sales tax, the remote seller rule, the airport and the May race calendar, so this page leaves them there and sticks to the convention calendar and the offer.
Choose the eligible items by landed cost, not price. A pick-any bundle has to survive the most expensive basket a shopper can build, so keep the items in one cost band and test the worst basket against your margin floor. Our post on mix and match bundles has the arithmetic.
Set the offer window to Gen Con's own dates, August 5 to 8, 2027, from the organizer's release. Write the end date into the banner, and decide now what happens to unsold stock on August 9.
Gen Con says the 2027 edition will have additional exhibition space and a new hotel opening in February 2027. Do not plan for a bigger crowd than the organizers have reported: the 2026 figure was over 74,000 attendees, and a larger 2027 number is not yet published.
Show the rule where the shopper chooses: pick any three from this set, one price, and name the end date. If you use the word free for any item in the set, put the condition in the offer line.
Add the State Fair to the calendar only when the fairgrounds post 2027 dates. Until then keep it as a month-level plan, and do not put a date in a banner that you took from a listing site.

Gen Con's release gives the dates, August 5 to 8, 2027. If your products suit a crowd of gamers and fans, such as dice, sleeves, bags or art prints, schedule a pick-any-three accessory set for those four days and end it on August 8. A window with a printed end date is the easiest kind to measure afterward.
The release says badges for the 2027 edition go on sale in early 2027 and a new hotel opens in February 2027, so interest builds well before August. Treat the weeks before as a pre-order and email window if your stock allows, and keep the weekend itself for the pick-any-three offer.
The FFA convention is committed to Indianapolis through at least 2040, and its own guide lists October 27 to 30, 2027. The State Fair listing we read has no 2027 dates, so plan it as an August season and fix the dates the day the fairgrounds publish them.

The National FFA Organization announced on Oct. 28, 2025 that its National FFA Convention & Expo will continue in Indianapolis through at least 2040, and said the 98th convention was expected to bring more than 71,000 members, advisors, alumni and supporters to the city.
