A third Omaha date that stores often plan around, the Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting, has no 2027 date on the company's page yet. This page sets the two dated windows against Omaha's own sales tax rate, 1.5 percent local and 7.0 percent in total on the Department of Revenue's July 2026 table, and builds a buy-three, cheapest-free offer in two short runs, one for each window. Say what the offer is in plain words, buy three and the cheapest is free, and give the end date. Describe it by your own dates and products, since the event's names and marks are not yours to use.
Wait until the FIVB's August window. The FIVB lists the pool phase and Round of 16 in Omaha, Orlando, Montreal and Quebec City for August 20 to 28, 2027, which leaves about seven weeks after the June run. Use different products so the second run does not teach shoppers to wait.

Say that tax is added at checkout. The Department's July 2026 table gives Omaha 7.0 percent in total, but the rate that applies depends on the delivery address, so use the shopper's address and not your own.

As planning advice, not a legal rule, describe the offer by its dates and your own product, for example a June 18 to 28 run, and do not use the event's names or marks in a way that suggests the organizers sponsor you. Ask a lawyer before you print event marks on anything.
The Department's table gives Omaha a 7.0 percent total rate, but a shopper's address can sit outside the city limits, so say that tax is added at checkout and do not promise one all-in price for everyone who lives near Omaha.
